Jason Boltax, Senior Director, HR, ENT & Allergy Associates

Jason Boltax is a Human Resources executive with extensive experience transforming Human Resources into a function that develops, educates, engages and moreover, inspires employees. Jason has devoted his entire career to helping companies navigate the challenges and complexities associated with developing their workforce. In doing so, he has helped numerous organizations maximize their talent, strengthen their operations and increase their competitive positioning. In his own words, Jason’s passion is to make “work” a place every employee wants to come to when they wake up in the morning.
Jason is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources for ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP, a leading healthcare organization with more than 240 physicians practicing in over 50 office locations throughout New York and New Jersey. As a member of the senior management team, Jason leads the HR team in providing guidance for workforce related matters to over 1400 employees. In this role, he delivers strategic HR services and leads the implementation of employee centric initiatives that enhance the company’s culture, maximize talent and retain its diverse workforce.
Most recently, Jason was an Executive Vice President and the Head of Human Resources at RUBENSTEIN, a strategic communications and reputation management firm. He was responsible for overseeing all initiatives, programs and processes in managing the RUBENSTEIN workforce. Jason spent considerable time helping the firm implement a strategic vision for the growth and development of its employees and instituted efficiencies in HR that enabled the company to grow and become an attractive and vibrant workplace.
Prior to RUBENSTEIN, Jason held positions at PaineWebber (now UBS), PricewaterhouseCoopers, and consulted clients in media, financial services, technology, healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit industries.
In addition, Jason worked with The Alternative Board, a global business advisory firm, where he was responsible for bringing together owners of privately held companies to grow and optimize their businesses through strategic business planning, peer advisory boards and executive coaching. Jason was also the head of The HR Alliance, a professional development and networking association for over 2000 HR professionals, which he founded in 2007.
Jason earned his M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University with a concentration in organizational change and consultation, and his B.A. from Queens College of the City University of New York.
