Judith Stern Rosen serves as a Group Director and Senior Vice President with Flagstar Bank since 2023. She was with Signature Bank from its inception in 2001 to 2023 and then joined Flagstar with the merger of these institutions. Judy is a financial service professional with more than 30 years of experience with training in corporate and trade finance ,and currently specializing in Commercial and Private Banking in the Middle Market. She currently directs a team of five individuals. At the present time, Judy and her team are located at 360 Hamilton Avenue, White Plains, and support a client portfolio in excess of $750 million.
Ms. Rosen is a member of Congregational Kol Ami and serves on the Board of UJA Federation of New York’s Business and Professional Division of Westchester. She sits on the boards of nonprofits including Jewish Business Network, Visions and Citizen’s Budgetary Advisory Board. Judy graduated from Arcadia University and obtained her Master’s Degree at New York University. She currently resides in Purchase, New York with her husband, Robert. She has a daughter, Nicole.
