Garry Klein has been in the real estate business for over 35 years, responsible for over $750 million dollars in closed real estate transactions (both sales & leasing) to date. He has been the recipient of many sales and industry awards including most recently Top Commercial Producer and CoStar Power Broker.

Garry has a diverse background in real estate brokerage, investments, development, management, and construction. He has owned his own real estate brokerage and management firms and has held management positions with a regional real estate development company and a brokerage affiliate of Prudential Real Estate.  Garry is presently the Regional Manager at Houlihan Lawrence Commercial and Team Leader of the Klein Commercial Team.

Mr. Klein has been involved with many interesting and complex real estate transactions in the region that have ranged from office and retail leasing, sales of multi-family, office, retail and other commercial properties to zoning and approvals on land, and adaptive reuse and redevelopment of commercial properties. He holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning & Real Estate from Pratt Institute, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1987, and a Certified Real Estate Appraiser since 2008.

Garry has been a member of the Westchester Board of Realtors Commercial & Investment Division since 1997. He currently serves on several volunteer boards including; the Yonkers Business Improvement District, UJA Business & Professional Leaders,  and his neighborhood association. He has worked with many charitable organizations including; Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, and the White Plains Interfaith Housing Alliance. Garry is a ski instructor with STRIDE an adaptive organization that works with children who are “other” abled.
