Jordan Weinberg is an owner of AMHAC and a member of Weinberg Real Estate Affiliates, WREA.
AMHAC, All Makes Heating and Air Conditioning Corp, is a full-service HVAC provider that has been
serving Westchester, Fairfield, and NYC for 70+ years. WREA and related entities own and manage a
diverse portfolio of commercial, multi-family, and hotel assets in Westchester and Manhattan.
Previously, Jordan helped start Coast, an Accel, and Insight backed b2b financial technology and
payments firm where he ran partnerships and finance. Prior to Coast, he oversaw a deal team at
American Express that successfully negotiated multi-billion-dollar co-brand card agreements with Delta,
American Airlines, and Lowe’s. Jordan received a BA from Washington University in St. Louis where he
owned and ran a shipping and storage business.
