Stephanie Melowsky

Stephanie Melowsky, Esq. is the Director of Legal Services at Orange Bank & Trust Company. In this role, she partners closely with executive leadership, relationship managers, and clients—particularly within the legal and professional services communities—to provide practical, solutions-oriented guidance on regulatory compliance, risk management, and complex financial transactions. She brings more than 20 years of experience in investment and business lending, with a practical, risk-aware approach.

Stephanie is a New York–licensed attorney and a graduate of Pace Law School, Cum Laude, where she also earned an LL.M. in Environmental Law. She is deeply engaged in community and professional leadership, serving as Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee for the Westchester Women’s Bar Association, President of the Board of the Rockland YMCA, and President of the North Rockland Chamber of Commerce.

With a strong understanding of the unique needs of law firms and fiduciary accounts, Stephanie is known for her responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional service. She is actively engaged in the regional business and legal community and is dedicated to supporting the growth and success of local professionals and small businesses.

Stephanie lives in Rockland, NY with her Husband and 2 children.
