Aaron Pisano is a mortgage loan officer with over 15 years of experience helping first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, and families at every stage of homeownership. He brings deep knowledge from having worked on both the bank and correspondent sides of the industry, allowing him to guide clients through complex financial scenarios with clarity and confidence.
Aaron specializes in residential lending solutions, including first-time homebuyer programs, non-QM financing, and investor loans, and is known for his hands-on approach and thorough understanding of lending guidelines. He is also actively involved in mentoring and training younger sales professionals, coaching them on best practices in client communication, guideline interpretation, and long-term relationship building.
Aaron is actively involved in the Leffell School community and currently serves as Co-President of the Leffell PTO Board. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, biking, hiking, and spending time with his wife and four children.
