As the President of Robert Martin Company, LLC, Mr. Berger is responsible for managing the company’s partnership interests and investments in over five million square feet of commercial and multifamily properties in the tri-state area, as well as franchise ownership of 100 Dunkin’ stores located throughout the Carolinas and Virginia. Prior to his current position at Robert Martin Company, he served as President and CEO of Colin Service Systems (CSS) in White Plains, NY, one of the nation’s largest privately owned cleaning companies with over 5,000 employees operating in ten states. Before joining CSS, he served as Vice President at Mack-Cali Realty, one of the nation’s largest real estate investment trusts where he managed 14 million square feet of their properties in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and D.C. Mr. Berger earned a B.A. at Fairleigh Dickinson University and holds a Real Estate Certificate from New York University. In addition to his current JBN leadership position, his other past and present community commitments include board memberships with the Westchester Business Development of United Jewish Appeal, Metro New York Gold Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization, Board of Directors of White Plains Hospital, Westchester Division of the March of Dimes, and the City & Suburban Federal Savings Bank. Mr. Berger resides in Purchase, NY with his wife, Janelle, and has two children, Tara and Sam.
