Jill F. Spielberg is the Director and Partner-in-Charge of the Matrimonial and Family Law practice at Abrams Fensterman’s White Plains office.
Ms. Spielberg has decades of experience in high-net worth matrimonial cases and high conflict custody litigation. Widely regarded as the go-to divorce and family law attorney for high-net-worth individuals in Westchester County and beyond, she is known for her powerful courtroom presence and her uniquely compassionate, strategic approach to guiding clients through some of the most emotionally charged and high-stakes moments of their lives.
Ms. Spielberg has a particular focus on custody matters involving neurodivergent children, leveraging her deep knowledge and extensive network of professionals in mental health and education to create long-term parenting solutions that prioritize the child’s well-being and development. Ms. Spielberg is an active member of the Westchester County community, serving as a Board Member and President of the Scarsdale Forum, was a member of, and then the Chair of, the Scarsdale Citizen’s Nominating Committee, and was the out of district placement representative for Scarsdale C.H.I.L.D.
Ms. Spielberg has been recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2016 and she was named as one of 40 Under 40 Rising Stars by the Business Council of Westchester in 2019. Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, she was a partner at a boutique family law firm in White Plains where she focused exclusively on divorces, post and prenuptial agreements, child support and custody cases. Earlier in her career, she practiced at a prominent international litigation law firm.
Ms. Spielberg earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School where she was a Carswell Scholar and a member and coach of the Moot Court Honor Society competition team. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University.
Ms. Spielberg is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Family Law Section and the Westchester County Bar Association.
