There are many ways to run a business, but I believe in love-driven leadership. I was fortunate to learn this when I started working at my Bronx neighborhood dry cleaner at the age of nine, a lesson I combined with my natural business instincts to feed my appetite for success. After building a business of my own and selling it at its peak, I applied my entrepreneurial skills to the business of financial planning.

In less than eight years, I became a Partner and General Agent at the Guardian Denver Agency where I began my quest to help people achieve their biggest personal and professional goals. In 2016, I returned home to New York to join Strategies for Wealth, which I deemed the best in the financial services industry. I quickly realized that the secret behind Strategies for Wealth’s success was exactly what I learned as a young boy—love and kindness matter.

I am thrilled to be able to focus my time on developing a dynamic training and development curriculum that provides our financial advisors with the necessary support to become their best selves and the confidence to change their clients’ lives for the better. I also oversee our business operations and planning to ensure that our internal resources align with the needs of our advisors and our clients. I derive great satisfaction from helping business owners develop strategies to grow, maintain and exit their businesses on their terms.

I start every morning with a three-mile walk at Rye Beach with my dog Bailey. It is in these early moments that I reset for the day ahead. Each new day comes with unlimited possibilities to create value for others and inspire action in others. This is what love-driven leadership is all about.
