About 14 years ago the Singer brothers (owners of Robison) recruited Michael to help them change their sales team from outside to an inside sales team. For the past 5 or 6 years Michael has been the Commodities Sales Manager at Robison, coaching 5 residential sales reps plus 2 commercial sales reps. He is a marketing executive for Robison as well, heavily involved in business development. He would like to find new residential and commercial customers to buy heating oil from Robison. Michael Chernick is a graduate of Long Island University’s C.W. Post campus with Bachelors and Master’s degrees in education. He spent a few years teaching 1st and 2nd grade as a leave replacement, permanent substitute, and then as a Reading Specialist for grades 5-8. He also coached High School basketball. Michael is married with two children, ages 5 and 2. He loves spending time with his family, as well as hiking and playing basketball.
