With a laser focus on KPIs and business impact, Michele works with cross-functional teams to create data-driven, integrated and ownable communications programs for products, franchises and organizations. Under her leadership, she has forged industry firsts, launched disruptive, award-winning campaigns and helpled define what great, modern healthcare communications looks like. Her extensive experience spans disease categories via partnerships with pharma, biotech, consumer health and non-profit organizations. Michele has deep expertise in – and love for – women’s health and marketing to women. She has spent a significant amount of her career working in the contraception, sexual health, feminine care and reproductive health spaces. Whether reaching women as patients, healthcare consumers, care partners or as the chief medical officers of the family, Michele has a unique understanding of what moves and motivates women, and an ability to translate this understanding into market-moving communications. Most recently, Michele led integrated marketing communications for Phexxi, a non-hormonal contraception for women. The Phexxi ‘House Rules’ campaign earned numerous industry awards including a Cannes Lion and Clio and importantly, grew brand awareness by 45%. Michele also led communications for the recent introduction of Veozah, a unique non-hormonal treatment for hot flashes associated with menopause, and for everlywell’s test to treat offerings.
