Scott Weiner is a results-driven business leader and restoration industry expert with over 30 years of experience across service-based businesses.
Raised in Long Island, New York, Scott developed an early foundation in entrepreneurship and customer service through his family’s small business roots—values that continue to shape his leadership style today.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Fredonia, with concentrations in Sociology, Business Administration, and Business Law, and later earned his MBA from Adelphi University. He began his career in sales within the electrical and electronics distribution industry, quickly rising into leadership roles.
Scott later transitioned into the service industry, where he held senior leadership positions including Regional, Area, and General Manager for one of the nation’s largest plumbing and drain cleaning companies.
He went on to serve as Vice President of a nationally recognized cleaning and restoration company. Today, he is a Managing Partner of 1-800 WATER DAMAGE, focusing on operational excellence and helping homeowners and businesses recover quickly from property damage.
In addition, Scott is a Franchise Consultant and Partner with Quality Franchising, where he helps individuals explore business ownership and build scalable, profitable businesses.
Scott has served as Chairman of the Board for the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce and has been actively involved in numerous community and charitable organizations. He resides in Greenwich, Connecticut and is the proud father of his daughter, Melanie.
