About Speaker & Moderator
Lou Kerner is a Partner at Flight VC a federation of 26 AngelList Syndicates, where he manages The Israel Founders Syndicate. Lou’s Israeli investments include Via, Aurora Labs, IT Central Station, Phrasetech, Segmanta, and Viewbix.
Prior to Flight VC Lou was the Managing Partner of The Social Internet Fund, which invested in shares of rapidly growing tech companies.
Lou was previously Wall Street’s first Private Company analyst at Wedbush Securities, where he was the Managing Director of the Private Shares Group.
From 2003-2006 Lou was President of Bolt.com, and prior to that CEO of The .tv Corporation, which licensed the top level domain (.tv). Lou has a B.A. from U.C.L.A. and an MBA from The Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Eric Frank is the managing director of the US-based dmgi CRE businesses, advising companies in the Agriculture, Financial and Commercial Real Estate sectors.
He has invented, built and sold companies and has served as an operational leader responsible for over 8,000 employees and contractors in multi-billion dollar revenue businesses.
Prior to launching his advisory practice, Eric was most recently the President of Thomson Reuters’ $2.3B Investment & Advisory (I&A) Division. Eric has a Liberal Arts degree from the University of Michigan. He resides in Irvington, New York with his wife and three children.
